Pamela McQueen – New Play Dramaturg, The New Theatre.

Recent New Theatre credits include Jane McCarthy’s ‘The Harvest’; ‘We Can’t Have Monkeys in the House’ by Ciara E. Smyth; ‘Disconnected’ by Ali Hardiman; “The Tide’ by Tara Maria Lovett. Previously adaptation dramaturgy for ‘Jimmy’s Hall’ at the Abbey Theatre (2017 & 2018) and ‘Scotties’ by Frances Poet & Muireann Kelly, National Theatre Scotland & Theatre GuLeor (2018) She is currently development dramaturg on several independent sector projects with Melissa Nolan for Speckintime Theatre Company, Katie O’Kelly “Displaced’, Joanne Ryan ‘In Two Minds’ and Iseult Golden with The Pavilion Theatre & Shane O’Reilly /Tom Lanes new opera Her Father’s Voice.
Pamela is mentor/development dramaturg with Roderick Ford funded by Arts & Disability Ireland and will be production dramaturg on Roderick Fords ‘The Spiders House’ winner of the Realise Award at Project Arts Centre. She is also mentor dramaturg with Clare Monnelly for The Stewart Parker Trust.
